Alerts
Three built-in conditions ARCY watches for you, delivered by email.
Agent > Alerts watches for three fixed conditions. There's no custom trigger builder; these are system-detected, not operator-authored:
- Flow broken: a meaningful share of attempts on a flow step are failing over a trailing window.
- Training failed: a text or upload source finished training with errors.
- Crawl failed: a crawler source's run finished with errors.
Each has exactly two switches:
- Detect (admin-only): turns the condition on or off.
- Email me: your own, per-person notification preference. Every teammate sets this independently.
Email is the only delivery channel.
When something fires
Fired alerts land in a list below the switches, each with a title, message, and timestamp. Unread ones carry a New badge; Mark read clears it. A Flow broken alert also carries a Fix it button that jumps straight to the failing step in the flow builder.
If nothing has ever fired: "Alerts that fire for this app will show up here."
