Team

Invite teammates, manage their access, and see where you stand against your seat cap.

Settings > Team manages who has dashboard access to your workspace. Don't confuse this with Users or Organizations, which are about your own product's end users, not your ARCY teammates.

Roles

Exactly two: Admin and Member. A permission table on the page shows exactly what each can do, area by area (Team, Billing, Environments, Flows, Attributes, and the rest).

Inviting someone

Invite member takes an email (required), a full name (optional), a department (optional, suggested from departments already in use), and a role. There's no work-email restriction on this form.

Managing existing members

Admins can edit a member's department from the row menu; there's no control here to change someone's role after the invite, role is set once, at invite time. Removing a member is immediate; revoking a pending invitation is the equivalent action for someone who hasn't accepted yet. You can't remove the workspace's last admin.

Seat limits

Members plus pending invitations count against your plan's seat cap (see the table on Billing & Plans). At the cap, Invite member disables with an explanation; existing members keep their access regardless, removing someone or upgrading is what frees a seat.
