Sign in

Get back into your dashboard, reset a forgotten password, switch between workspaces, and sign out.

The dashboard lives at app.arcyai.com. Signing in puts you on Pulse, and every other page is one click from there.

Signing in

Go to app.arcyai.com/sign-in and use the same method you signed up with:

Work email address and password, if that is how you created the account.
Continue with Google, if that is how you created it.

The email field is labelled Work email address on this screen too. That is deliberate: the address that opened the workspace is the address that gets back into it.

Signed up with Google? You never had a password, so there is nothing to reset. Use Continue with Google, or set a password first from Settings > Account if you would rather sign in that way from now on.

Forgot your password

The sign-in form has a forgot-password path. Give it your work email address and ARCY emails you a code, which lets you set a new password and finish signing in.

Setting or changing a password signs out your other sessions, on every device. That is on purpose: if the reason for the change is that somebody else knew the old one, leaving their session alive would defeat the point. You will be asked to confirm before it happens.

You can change a password you still remember from Settings > Account, without going through the reset flow. See Account.

Switching workspaces

If you belong to more than one workspace, the switcher sits in the sidebar. Switching returns you to Pulse rather than keeping you on the page you were on, so nothing from the workspace you just left stays on screen.

When you have no workspace

If you sign in and belong to no workspace at all, ARCY shows you a screen that says so and asks for a name to create one. It is the same workspace step from sign-up, offered again because there is nothing else you could usefully do.

The work email rule still applies to a workspace created here. If your address is a personal one, the workspace is removed again and you land on the blocked screen. The same screen also has a Sign out button, so you can leave and start over with your work address.

Signing out

Open your own name at the bottom of the sidebar and choose Sign out. The button also appears on the two screens above, so you are never stuck on one of them.

When you cannot get in

Your invitation has not arrived. Ask an admin on your team to check Settings > Team. A pending invitation shows there as Invited, and they can revoke and resend it.
You were removed from the workspace. Sign-in still works, but there is nothing behind it. An admin has to invite you again.
The widget stopped answering but you can still sign in. That is a billing state, not an access one. See Billing & Plans.
